  • Modern, individually designed, well-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave,   fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Quarry tiles, pine and oak beams and recessed light fittings lend a special atmosphere to the room.
  • Dining area looks out across the former farmyard (with a view down the valley).
  • Glass fronted spacious lounge with picture views over the valley.
  • TV, DVD and video player and wi-fi access.
  • 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor.
  • The 2 upstairs double bedrooms can have en suite facilities by limiting access from corridor areas.
  • Use of pine beams throughout, including exposed trusses in upstairs bedrooms.
  • Bathroom and shower room upstairs and a separate shower/toilet on ground floor level.
  • Linen and towels provided. Cot and high chair are available.
